Shipping policy
At HooGe Brands, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered efficiently and on time. We offer a variety of shipping and collection options to cater to both domestic and international clients. We supply bulk wholesale product in a traded unit cases only and due to this we pack goods into pallets for movement and distribution.
Incoterms
The Incoterm under which goods are supplied will be stated on your sales order, commercial invoice or packing list. It is important you understand your obligations as the buyer under the agreed Incoterm as these directly affect you responsibilities during transit. For more information on Incoterms click here
Shipping Methods:
We ship globally using the following methods:
- Road Haulage: Ideal for UK and European destinations.
- Sea Freight: Economical option for large shipments worldwide.
- Air Freight: Fastest delivery option, available for urgent, temperature controlled or smaller shipments.
Collection Methods:
Clients also have the option to arrange self-collection from our distribution centres, subject to prior agreement.
Order Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 14-28 days, depending on stock availability and the shipping method selected.
- Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we will notify you with the relevant information.
- Please note that processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method chosen.
- You will be provided with a shipping quote during the sales or checkout process or upon request.
International Shipping:
- We ship to a wide range of international destinations. However, please be aware that customs clearance procedures can vary by country and will affect delivery times.
- IT IS THE BUYERS RESPOSNIBILTY TO ENSURE DUE DILIGENCE, SUITABILITY AND LEGALITY FOR THE PRODUCTS PURCASED FOR THE INTENDED MARKET.
- The recipient (buyer) is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are not included in our shipping costs.
- It is of critical importance you have prior knowledge, experience or expert independent advice on importing FMCG products to the receiving market, including, but not limited to:
ALL INGREDIENTS, CONSITUTE PARTS OR PROCESSING AIDS
Foodstuffs, alcohol, products of animal origin (POA) including EGG and Pork (porcine), fish and crustacean products, HEMP products, food additives, colouring and preservatives, ingredients deemed to change behaviours when consumed, stimulants and / or performance enhancing ingredients by specific weight per consumable unit
Non-food, cleaning products and products which may require a permit or licence in your region (medicines, ingredients, aerosols, products with special claims on packaging (gluten, dairy free etc) or packaging deemed unsuitable for sale in the receiving market.
Intellectual Propery (IP) - Products produced by brands or brand owners which have an existing sales distribution agreement in place in the receiving market.
Shipping Restrictions:
Certain products may be restricted in some countries due to regulatory or import/export limitations. We may inform you if we suspect an item in your order may need to be checked or cannot be shipped to your location. It is the buyers responsibility to ENSURE DUE DILIGENCE, SUITABILITY AND LEGALITY FOR THE PRODUCTS PURCASED FOR THE INTENDED MARKET
